We value your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund any item provided you contact us within 7 days of its purchase. Just email luna@designsbyluna.com and let us know why you are returning the item.
You will be refunded for the item once we receive the item.
Availability
We work very hard to provide you with beautifully unique items. Some items are one of a kind or only available in limited quantities. When an item is no longer available we will make the attempt to remove it from the site immediately. Special Custom Orders will not be immediately available due to order of materials, design, assembly, etc. If you have any questions about the availability of any items on this site, please contact us.
